Since I have seen a lot of people saying that they are having trouble making money online, and someone people has spent thousands on ebooks and other information that doesn't seem to help, well I thought I will type something up that doesn't involve making money online.

Starting your own business can look difficult to a lot of people but it really isn't. Starting a business can cost less than $200 dollars(depending), and you can be making that back in no time flat. Plus, you will be the owner of your own business!!! You don't have to get paid cents per click, you don't have to drop ship anything, you don't have to wait for affiliate sales either. This business that I am talking about is booming, and I actually has started talking to people about helping me get started and getting license for my own business.

Foreclosure CleanOut Business... As you can tell that there is a lot of foreclosures in the united states because of the economy, and this isn't going to change. Foreclosure CleanOut Businesses started booming in 2009 and 2010 and it is still an hot business to get into. I have friends that make no less than $500.00 everyday, with over 15 homes a week, that is $7,500 dollars on an average. With only a two man team, sometimes 3 they are able to collect an huge profit, by just cleaning out foreclosed/eviction homes everyday.

You see when people homes gets foreclosed on, they leave these houses in a mess. The banks, and Realtors are not going to clean these houses out, so they look for companies to do it for them. They need quick, fast, great results, and they pay pretty well. A lot of times, investors will purchase foreclosed homes at auctions, as is price. They then will need people to clean these homes out as well, so they can turn around and make a quick profit. Now there is a down side to this business, the homes comes in a mess, banks will usually hold your money until 30-60 days.

Yes, the banks like paying companies for the job done but they don't like paying right away. They usually will wait til 30-60 days to pay you. Now with a Realtor or Investors, they usually will pay you out of pocket which is good, but will also be cheaper than what you will charge a bank. Now, it also will depend on how much your time cost to you, never set a flat rate and always go see the home before you state a price. You may tell the Realtor $500 dollars for a home, that you haven't seen but when you and your team gets there it is really worth $1,000 dollars. I have seen my friend charge $2,000 dollars for a home that was a mess, he also cut the grass, clean the home out, and make sure windows boarded and the house is secure.

This is a great business to get into, and when you get your business name out there and have clients for you everyday, you can make a great amount of money. Of course you will have to do a good job, I have seen my friends stay at one house for about 6hours long. The great thing about this business is that you find a lot of great items that you can send to charity, sell, or recycle.

This list might look long and hard but it isn't, 7 of the items above will you should already have, or it will only takes a few minutes to get your hands on. Plus the return rate is wonderful. The only expensive thing on this list will most likely be insurance if you don't have it already. The hard thing to think of will be your business name, because you will want it too be unique but easy to say.

I like this business because it is something you can touch, feel, see, and the hard work pay off at the end. This is just for those that may want to start there on business that isn't making any money online, and is tired of trying. I also will be adding more to this, and an update when I get everything set up.
