Adverticing other sites

So i've been seeing a lot of adverticements of other sites and i don't like it (most of them doesn't look legit)
I think there should be a adverticing other sites section or something
and they should provide proof that the site they are advertising is legit
Oh and i found some guy making sob stories and asking for donation and i didn't like that either
Should be able to ask for donation only if you contributed to this site some how
AND IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE RULES TO TYPE ALL CAPS
We should have certain post counts before adverticing because if not, people just signup here, advertice, and never log in again

Sounds like a decent idea, i like the bit about the cap's but it needs to go for a limit.. like having a laugh on a thread, with caps should be acceptable.
