I'm new to this whole CPA thing and I think that there are different ways to earn with CPAs but I don't have a website so,
I was wondering if there are any CPA sites that pay for me to email people and get them to sign-up/purchase things from the CPA site and if there are can I sign up for the CPA site if I'm a teenager?

You can monetize your email list to marketing cpa offers, most cpa networks have a bunch of offers which allow email marketing. But no spam pls, lol :D
