yes you can use xcode its free (mac only);) but you must learn objective c i think.
i can code a litte calculator but not more:(

First of all, Develop, second I would only suggest doing it if you have a mac computer, simply because all the programs for it are on there. You can code it from scratch, but that's quite hard! (Btw IT's objective C)

I dont know any coding, i dont have mac, so im thinking of a good software like LiceCode just for PC :)

You can install some hackintosh version on your PC. That's the only way you can run XCODE from PC. Correct me if i m wrong.

I am talking about APP HUB (Developer for Windows Phone & Xbox 360).
