yes *SPAM* is quick on the ban too , I got ban once but since im doing all my stuff through youtube now , well trying to at least i only get 1 person to download 2 of my files a day

Yes but if you also give links to others so they click without downloading the chance of getting banned is VERY VERY low :)
I mean they will ban for: 10views - 10download , but if you got: 10views - 3downloads they wont ban :)
