we will need people that can work with SEO, affiliate marketing, and website traffic. We are also looking for two people who can take over the start up consultancy department and the management consulting department, all the information can be found on the website, and regular meetings will be held over skype.

Can we do the work online or do we actually need to go to a place in order to work? How will you pay us? How often? How can we be sure we are being paid fairly?

For your services page your text is very small and hard to read. You may want to change that...

you can work online so there is no reason to go anywhere. We will have group and individual chats in skype to keep all the members up to date with everything. As I stated above im not paying at the moment. However in the long term and depending on how much revenue the website makes, I will be paying my team very well.
