How to get free food coupons from food companies

Do you want some free food? Then you came to the right place! In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to get free coupon/food/check from food companies. Let's get started

1. Find a product you want (beef jerky, chocolate, mcdonald, etc)



2. Go to their website.

3. Find Contact Us link.



4. Complain about the product. Like if it was chocolate, say it was all melted and tasted weird. If it's gum, say it tasted stale and didn't stretch. Try to make it sound reasonable



5. If they ask for UPC code or manufacturer code, say you threw away the product already so you don't know.

6. They should mail you back saying I'm sorry blah blah blah and that they sent you a coupon.



7. Wait a week or two for the coupon

I've been doing this for years too. I learned about it in a writing class I took. They showed us how to write professional sounding complaint letters to companies. This was before the internet, so you had to write nicely or type it up and put it on a letterhead. With email it's even easier. The key is to keep it professional sounding and to let them know you're a long time customer and you're upset that their product isn't up to the standard you're used to with them.

I did this once with Pepsi. They sent me a coupon good for 3 free cases of Pepsi. I explained to them that my grandfather owns a restaurant that serves Pepsi and was going to switch to Coke if this was the way their product was going to degrade in quality. Stay firm with them and let them know you're upset, but avoid swearing or acting belligerent or they'll just ignore you.
