How to promote CPA offers with Email marketing?

Hey guys,

As i work with French CPA networks, they send me the HTML code that i add on my Email sender software and send the offer to my list.

When i tried to work on US market i heard a lot of things about creating a squeeze or landing page to promote CPA offers, is there anyone who has experience in this field and can tell me step -by-step how can i promote CPA offers with email marketing (either with sqeeze page or just the advertiser link)?
