How to setup mail bulk sender

Hi everyone,

I just get from Mr Nice (Thanks again) send bulk email software, I have the offer I want to promote It.

I know it will maybe sound stupid, but I was wondering what is the best way to setup.

Should I use basic email provider like hotmail, gmail..., or use one of the domain I have with hostgator, or create a new domain just for this task.
