I realize you can probably make money on ebay with a little effort...but, if your gonna run a computer type business why not focus on selling information or helping people with your skills. It is much less messy. You don't have to shuffle products around. I'm curious what others think of my opinion.

It's a simple concept. He's speaking of selling services rather than goods on ebay. In doing so, you could help the buyer via the internet rather than sending a product through the mail (this method saves on shipping).
I do suppose though that selling information on ebay is technically a good rather than a service.
Either way, this definitely sounds like a good idea, but do people get on ebay to look for information or skills (just asking)?
