Is it worth getting the iPad2 now?
I want to get an iPad, but I hear rumors about a possible iPad3 launch this fall. In that case, I would obviously wait to get that, but I don't want to wait half a year. What should I do?

If it is me then i wait for ipad3 :) But if you really want the ipad2 badly then just buy it now.

I would get it. Heres my reasoning: first the ipod 1g came out. Then the 2nd came out with more features. Then the 3rd came out with only a spec bump. The 4th one came out with loads of new stuff. The 5th ipod will probably only be a spec bump. If I were you, I would buy the ipad 2 now.

This has been Apple's MO from the gate. Plus, with the news that Steve Jobs is stepping down ( For real ) I doubt that they will be trying any risky new features/products in the next year

Buy the ipad 2 with warranty the return it and trade it for the ipad 3 in the fall :) Thats what my mom did with the ipad 1 and 2

I don't see a point to get a ipad really , I haven't really been a big Apple product fan.

I dont either lol my mom has a laptop and an ipad and she never uses her laptop any more... so we are thinking of it in diff ways but i think its useless too :D
