I have already been through this, the thing is when you set up you're own PTC you need a large start up capital as you need to advertise you're site to get advertisers and members. You need to pay for hosting and the site if pre bought or pay for a good coder as no one wants to use a site which isn't appealing (Although you may already have one ^^^^) and also when you first start you need to make you're own adds which you also need to pay for as the members need something to click.
