Looking for a PTC site where you can buy referrals.

Hello I'm wondering if theres any legit PTC sites who have been up a long time and are paying where you can purchase referrals?

I've already tried it, just two problems.

1 Resetting my password doesn't work and I can't use my paypal email because its already in use

2 I can't actually buy referrals, just rent them.

I dont know of any PTC where you can buy referrals for unlimited time... never even heard of it

Neobux is not a scam they're one of the oldest PTCs
