Need 5 CPA Approved Accounts

I am a newby to cpa marketing. I need help getting cpa accounts for any good cpa network. Please assist me.

Maybe instead of CPA (Cost per action), you could try PPD (Paid Per Download), they are basically the same thing and you don't need a website or to get approved and they still offer surveys...

I use them all for one file at a time, i.e. If I am offering some software I would upload it to all of them and give the potential downloader all the Links so they got a choice, that way if they can't unlock one file with survey the just use a different link, it works great.

I am also a Member of CPAlead, but it's a pain in the ass making webpages and Gateways when you can just upload files, simples.
