Sound's quite nice mate could I recommend possibly making some requirements to be a moderator/staff on your website you don't just want anyone to be staff. you dont have to listen to me just a recommendation. :D

lun sorry but i can't do that that's the only source of some income but after my adsense account gets reviewed i will remove that.
