Special as in with someone special. Someone that means something too me other than just tits and ass.

And i dont know what it is. My gf can make me hard by doing nothing at all. She can look like shit after working out on her parents farm and ill still be hard for her because i care so much about her.

With a random i can go for hours without cumming but sometimes with my gf 12 minutes is hard. I guess my sex drive is just really tied into my emotions. It's not that randoms don't turn me on and stuff, i'm still male, but they just don't turn me on as much as someone i care about a great deal.
