RE: protien shakes and the like?
Before you take protein shakes you should understand what they actually do. Maybe try and read into this online but I'll give you a bit to start off with. When taking protein shakes you should calculate how much protein you body needs to build muscle everyday. This all goes off your weight, I believe there are some online calculators for this. Also some side affects may be putting on weight if you are not doing enough exercise, getting spots, some people react with them and get boils on them. I would not recommend taking these in your younger teens unless you have fully developed.
