2 hours is too much you are either doing crappy workouts or not enough weight-reps or alot of cardio?

1 hour is plenty.

For someone who has been going to the gym for less than 1 year they should stick to 3 day routine
Monday: Chest Tricep Abs
Wednesday: Back Bicep
Friday: Legs Shoulders Abs

Meh, this is what I do:
Code:
Day 1 - Chest, back, abdominal muscles, and cardiovascular exercises (30 minutes)
Day 2 - Day off
Day 3 - Shoulders, legs, abdominal muscles, and cardiovascular exercises (30 minutes)
Day 4 - Day off
Day 5 - Biceps, triceps, abdominal muscles, and cardiovascular exercises (30 minutes)
Day 6 - Day off
Day 7 - Day off

Before you take protein shakes you should understand what they actually do. Maybe try and read into this online but I'll give you a bit to start off with. When taking protein shakes you should calculate how much protein you body needs to build muscle everyday. This all goes off your weight, I believe there are some online calculators for this. Also some side affects may be putting on weight if you are not doing enough exercise, getting spots, some people react with them and get boils on them. I would not recommend taking these in your younger teens unless you have fully developed.

Haha! No, protein shakes do not make you fat when you don't workout. Protein is a very known thing in many foods.

However, some things can make you heavier and out of shape, if you take them and don't work out.

Some drinks like muscle milk have like sysin or w.e that harmful poison is in it witch make them bad for you.
