Site removed from G

i have a site that was removed from Google - I have an email from Google about the pages of cover / door. Not sure why, but removed some content pages and everything I think may cause a problem.
This began a few months ago, I made the re-inclusion and still waiting. The site is now displayed only if I search domain.com. But doesn't range at all. And he once had a good result ..

How long does it take to re-inclusion?
Since G doesn't respond to emails, how I can know if it is taken into account?
If / when re-indexing is normal to lose all the rankings?
Anyone been through this before - have any advice?
