I'm just curious if you can just submit an email and get paid.

I am not in the US but there is no reason why this shouldn't work so long as MW or your CPA company dont catch you or have a problem with it :). I am using something similar to this with the CPA company I am with and its working :)

What CPA company are you using? I want one that will accept all countries and have the same payout for each? Help! :]

That will accept all countries or has offers for all countries? As far as I know they accept all countries and most of the offers are US only but there is a few that are for other countries but most of those are dating sites
