Website fully copied

I accidentally stumbled across a website yesterday that it has copied word for word the mine, including systems design. My biggest fear is that Google will penalize somehow my position in organic search, but I also feel bad because I spent so much time achieving the results I wanted.

Any tips on how to deal with this or how to go about gathering evidence is greatly appreciated. I tried to call the office and speak to the manager, but I attacked with swearing and hung up.

You could always they and take them down.

Just get someone to take them down or ring google. You should be able to find out when both sites where created and if yours was created first then they won't penalize you.
