What exactly is a CPA website?

Hello, I was wondering what exactly a CPA website was. I googled it and they said that it was a type of accounting.

If you could post here or pm me that would be greatly appreciated.
Also, im 16 so i was wondering if i can still do this?

CPA means 'Cost Per Action' and basically it involves big companies paying lots of Money to get Leads (potential Customers) and they get leads through Publishers (YOU and ME) who offer Surveys to people using a simple Webpage with a special Widget called a Gateway on it that pops up and they have to fill in a Survey to unlock whatever is on the Webpage, this could be a FREE item like a Software Download or even a Movie, once they have filled in a Survey then YOU (The Publisher) get's paid a commission for getting the Company that Advertised a Lead.
