(08-11-2011 10:03 PM)ZaarCobalt Wrote:  P90X. It really is the greatest home work out of all time. The exercises cover everything, it provides a diet plan, and Tony Horton is hilarious and awesome. I had a... "back-up copy" that I tried, and I liked it so much I bought the real copy. The only problem is I haven't done it in a while due to school family and other problems, but I plan on starting it up in the morning for school. It really works, I grew muscles I didn't even know existed, and I even had a bit of abs. I never finished it 30 days straight either. I was also the skinny short kid with shaggy hair and glasses. Even though I haven't done it in a while, I still have athletic ability and plenty of strength. I will start doing it in the morning now, however, because it will be easier to keep up with it and stick to it. If I can stick with it, I'll look like Captain American by the end of the year. After he gets his muscles, that is. I actualy have a similar face to him and same hair cut (not really a coincidence). So I am looking forward to starting again. The only reason I don't now it I just got my wisdom teeth taken out. Today. And it is terrible. At least I have something to look forawrd to.

P90x is really good, I might start it up again soon. If you like P90x, but prefer all bodyweight exercises I highly recommend Insanity. It's from the same company and is a bitch of a workout haha
