I got suspened of ebay, while selling fake beats But WHY?

Where you selling fake beats and not stating that they are fake?

Other thing is if any "low life" basicly people who have no life and spend there whole day on ebay report you cause you have fake items and say stuff like ohhhh its copyrioght because the logo and etc.

Same thing happened to me and they won't unban you. You'll just have to buy ebay stealth and create a new ebay and paypal account.

You broke their terms of service or privacy policy somehow. Did you sell these items without telling the consumer its a "FAKE"? You need to be very descriptive onto what you are selling, or else you can get banned.

Only way. is to try to call them and explain what was going on and why. And see if they can unban you
