Juicy Ads is actually a pretty good website. When I had my adult tube site, I used Juicy Ads to sell ad space on my website and also buy space from other people sites.
If you buy space from a good website with a lot of visit, you can probably easily make a few hundred... Of course buying ad space does cost.

Yeah if you invest more, you will make a lot more than what you think. Find a website in JuicyAds that are dealing with just pictures. There is a lot out there, and all you need to do is add a picture banner, or text ad and watch the clicks come in. When I was using JuicyAds for my tube site, I was advertising on adult tube websites and picture sites.
