1. Create a new ebay account, verify it with a paypal/creditcard.

2. Sell a few products that you can ship, after 10 positive feedback you can start making money lots of money. If you want to skip the wait time, you can go and get a friends/members on this froum to "buy" your products and give you positive feedback. You can sell items that cost $0.99 and you can offer your friends $1.25 for every purchase. After getting 5-10 positive feedback (the more the better), you can follow step 3.

3. You can go to allsteams or sythe or both. Register now. After you registered, look for steam accounts with only "one game or two" in them. Your looking for popular new games such as "Brink", "Portal 2", "Shogun 2", and anything new. Make sure to use caution before doing a trade, never trade with anyone under 5 positive feedback. If they received any negative, make sure to find out what its for. Remember to check "recent" posts in their threads, and profile comments. You want to make sure you are buying from a legit seller, and NOT a scammer.

4. After you have bought 1 game for now, you can go ahead and sell it on ebay. You must make sure when selling, people think its an actual copy and not a virtual one. So make sure you say you will have a 7 day free refund if they are not happy. If a game costs around $50, but you bought the steam account for $15, then sell the game for $25 or $30, and make sure to say free shipping. After they have bought, send them a PM. Make sure to be on ebay frequently so you know when someone buys.

But cant they just report you to e-bay for not giving them the item you described as everyone is covered by the buyer protection act?

Yes, they usually private message you first. They don't report you, thats why you mention a 7 day fully free refund. If they report you, then you might be screwed. Thats why, if you want to be bulletproof, you can mail them (with tracking) a mail (physical), explaining everything in detail. More then the one I provided.

ebay fees, paypal fees and S&H fees will kill your profits. there are easier ways to make money on ebay
