What is the best CPA website to sign up too?
I want to start using CPA To make money as i found an amazing guide to help me but i dont know which CPA website to use?
Any suggestions?

U can try cpatank.com
Admission is easy
No phone call interview required
Depends on what kind of offer you are looking to push.
Some aff network have higher payout than other in certain niche
and take consideration of shaving cos some of advertiser shave leads from CPA network
You just need to find a network that got shaved less
Try go for big names in CPA e.g. Neverblue, EWA, Wolfstormmedia etc
Those are a few of the private affiliate network that well know in the industry but getting into them ain't easy for beginner

cpalead.com its legit and I have been getting paid monthly on the same date, so its a very steady and trustworthy site

There are a bunch of trustworthy CPA networks out there. Some of my favorite networks to work with are:
PeerFly
EWA Network
Neverblue
CPATank
Maxbounty
Ads4dough
Globalizer
Adscend Media
You really can't go wrong with any of them as long as your traffic is clean and legit :)

Nice list u got there. Here is my experience working with several of the name mention above. It is my own opinion and this might differ for each individual
Peerfly - Some offer listed in peerfly has the highest payout compared to other cpa network. be careful with sending bh traffic, they ban your account as soon as they suspect you are sending bh traffic, even if it is legit. Guest that is why they pay among the highest.
Neverblue - If you are from Asia and like to have support during Asia working hours, they have an office at Hong Kong to cater Asian affiliates. My AM there (Kelvin) is super friendly and helpful.
CPATank - wanna support, advice, tips from the CEO of the network himself (Vito)? This is one of the network that you can join. Cpatank AM are marketer themselves. Vito is an expert on PPV. Flo forte is Media Buying
